Meat & Fire is born with the vocation of being the meeting point between the art of fire and the definitive bet between the rural and the urban, where tradition and modernity meet around the embers.
This is a tribute to chefs from around the world, each with their own unique grilling culture and understanding of fire, in an absolutely unparalleled festival that promises to be much more than a gastronomic experience: a transformative movement.
We reclaim the richness of the rural world and its ability to inspire big cities. We bring to the centre of the conversation this unique culture of the countryside, its ancestral knowledge and its connection with the land, where conscious farmers and ranchers persist, connected to the land and the animals they live with. These professionals elaborate and care for their product, guaranteeing wellbeing and offering us true gastronomic gems.
In addition, we reaffirm our support for the new generations of women who are leading that change, who are not only shining on the grills, but who are transforming the sector from the farms and fields. They are rewriting the future
